Nail : Inverse star pattern

Hello everyone~

I know a lot of you like to change up your nail color.
So.. when you like to change it ??? A week ? 3-4 days ? or less haha~

Today I am going to show you how to dress up your plain color nail.
Especially those of you like to change your nail style right away.

This star nail style particularly suitable for 2nd or 3rd day nail.
Which means you can paint you nail with whatever base color,
just on top add on another layer of whimsical pattern.

:: Inverse star pattern nail ::

I hope all of you like this tutorial and have fun ^^

So here we go the basic tools you will need:

1) Base coat - Priti NYC 2-in-1 top and base coat
2) Base color - The Face Shop #OR201
3) Top coat - Priti NYC 2-in-1 top and base coat
4) Star sticker
5) Top nail color - Missha The Style Lucid nail polish #GR01
6) Tweezer

For sticker you can pick what ever you like, it can be polka dot or anything... I just find star patter is a lot more fun to watch... Well it makes me happy anyway haha~ :P

Steps:

1) Start off with two days old nail
To start off, you will need an one day or two day old nail. :P
Yes as we will need to stick on some sticker to create the pattern, so the base color will need to be dry at least 24 hours so when you peel off the sticker, it won't cause the base color to peel off.

I already apply 1 coat of base coat, 2 color of the coral color nail polish and then 1 coat of top coat on the day before I film this tutorial.

2) Stick on some sticker to create pattern
Carefully peel off the sticker and just place them randomly depends on how you like it. ^^
Go FREESTYLE LoL.

* Make sure there should be NO GAP between the sticker and the nail, otherwise the nail polish will sneak through and you may not get that sharp straight line you want.

3) Apply the top color

This case I am using the green nail polish color. Just paint on a thin even coat.

4) Peel off the sticker RIGHT AWAY!

Yes, you don't have to wait, just peel it off immediately. Waiting until the color a little bit dry may end up with a flaking off of bigger piece of nail polish... which I am sure we don't want.

* You may need a tweezer to help if needed.

5) Continue painting with same technique for the whole hand.

6) Wait for at least 15 mins until it dry

7) Apply a generous amount of top coat and wait for at least 30-45 mins.

Be sure to use light handed stroke and thick coat of top coat, just to prevent the pattern from swiping away and then...

YOU'RE DONE!!!
Just that simple.

I hope you all like it &
I shall see you in my next blog post or vlog. :P

Love
Gobby
